MadeForMums has selected 16 toys currently listed at discounted prices on Amazon ahead of Prime Day and Christmas shopping. The products were recognised in the 2025 MadeForMums Toy Awards, but prices can change and the source does not establish how long each offer will last.
MadeForMums has published a guide to 16 early Amazon Prime Day toy deals, giving shoppers a chance to buy potential Christmas gifts while listed prices are below the products’ stated previous prices. The selection includes toys from brands such as Fisher-Price, Mattel, BABY born, Ravensburger, ZURU and Smoby; the publication says every pick was tested by families and child judges for the 2025 MadeForMums Toy Awards.
The listed discounts range from £4.20 to £29.85, based on the prices in the guide, with the largest percentage reduction listed for the Doteki TOMY Multiplayer Battle Pack: £11.02, down from £29.99, or 63%. The guide lists the Smoby My Beauty Centre 3-in-1 at £100.14, down from £129.99, a £29.85 reduction. These are the prices and savings reported by MadeForMums, not a guarantee that the offers remain available.
Other featured items include the Thomas & Friends Load & Launch Barrel Delivery Set at £39.99, reduced from £54.99; the Jurassic World Rebirth Rumble ’N Rampage Distortus Rex at £39.99, also down from £54.99; and the L.O.L. Surprise! Eye Spy Ultimate Unboxing at £29.99, reduced from £49.99. For games, the guide lists Exploding Kittens: The Board Game at £19.99 and Pictionary Pic-Tato at £11.87.
The selection spans several kinds of play, from the Clementoni Smart-Tech Greenhouse, listed at £19.99, to the BABY born My Cat Cookie interactive pet at £22.49 and the Ravensburger Play+ Pretend Play Set: Cool Drinks at £18.99. The source gives age recommendations for some products, including 3+ for the Thomas set and BABY born Annabell doll and 4+ for the Distortus Rex. Shoppers should check the age guidance and product details for each toy before buying.
A Head Start on Christmas Gifts
For households spreading the cost of holiday shopping, the guide puts a range of potential gifts and price points in one place, including larger playsets and role-play toys as well as games and smaller interactive products. Buying early may help shoppers manage budgets, but a displayed discount alone does not establish that an item is the right fit or the lowest price available.
The awards testing gives readers some information beyond the price: MadeForMums says its family and child judges considered play value, age suitability, quality, durability and value for money. That is the publication’s account of its testing process, rather than an independent guarantee of performance for every child. Families can compare those considerations with a child’s interests, available space and the recommended age before choosing.
Because toy offers can change during a sale, the guide is best treated as a snapshot rather than a fixed shopping list. The source explicitly cautions that Amazon prices can change quickly; the quoted price and saving should be checked on the product listing before purchase.

How the Picks Were Selected
The report combines two elements: toys recognised in the 2025 MadeForMums Toy Awards and prices the publication found on Amazon when it prepared its guide. Its list includes Gold, Silver, Bronze and Editor’s Choice award picks, according to the source. It does not provide a single sale end date for all 16 products.
The examples also show why the listed reductions are not directly comparable as buying advice. The Thomas set is a relatively large playset with 18 feet of track and a recommended age of 3+, while the Distortus Rex is described as a roughly 22-inch action figure for ages 4+. Other listings include party games, bath toys, a stunt bike and pretend-play sets. Product size, age guidance and intended play differ, even where the percentage savings appear similar.

Prices and Offer Dates May Change
The guide does not state how long each deal will last, whether every listed price is still current, or whether stock is available in every location. Its quoted discounts compare the listed current price with the stated previous price; the source does not provide a separate price-history analysis or a sale-wide comparison baseline.
Readers should also distinguish the publication’s award recognition and tester feedback from a guarantee of suitability. Children’s ages, interests and play environments vary. Check each listing for the recommended age, included parts and current price before ordering; for child products, review current CPSC recall information where relevant. The source material does not report any product recalls or safety notices for these picks.
Check Listings Before Buying
Shoppers considering one of the recommendations can check its Amazon listing for the latest price, availability, delivery details and product information. The MadeForMums guide says prices may move during the sale, so its figures should not be assumed to apply through Christmas or even through the full Prime Day period.
No further update or offer end date is given in the source. The next relevant development for buyers is whether individual listings remain in stock and at the reported prices; shoppers should verify those details at the point of purchase.
